To our wonderful Students - Today was a great day! Before class and during class (able to knock out the remainder of the gup forms with my awesome Green Belt the Wildman, I was able to do in under two hours:
12 Step, Geicho Hyung Il Bu, Geicho Hyung Yi Bu Sang Gup, Geicho Hyung Sahm Bu, Fukyio Da Nai, UFAF 1, UFAF 2, UFAF 3, Pyong an Cho Dan, Pyong An Yi Dan, Pyong an Sahm Dan, Pyong An Sah Dan, Pyong An Oh Dan, Bassai So, Bassai Dai, Tanto Hyung So, Tanto Hyung Dai, Muhammed Bastone Ana Issa, Jong Bong Cho Dan, Jong Bong Yi Dan, Naihanchi Cho Dan, Naihanchi Yi Dan, Naihanchi Sahm Dan, Sang Gook Kwon, Wansu, Ro Hai, Kong Sang Kun, Jin Do, Jin Ttae, Seishan, Jion, O Sip Sa Bo Hybrid version, and O Sip Sa Bo Traditional Version.
So in under two hours that is 33 forms give or take. I may not walk tomorrow, my uniform top looks like I fell in a pool and I probably will sleep pretty well after a shower, however if I an old guy can manage this many forms in one session, I know everyone in our school regardless of location can manage 5 repetitions of a form, 5 different forms or a combination of the two. I challenge all of you to do 5 reps daily. Let's go. If you can keep it up for 30 days straight...I have a reward for you.
Had fun at the Diamond State Open Charity Tournament today. Traditional form below courtesy of Ms. Tabitha Turner, do not have video of the two weapons forms. I am thankful for all those that came out. I was privileged to compete along side some quality martial artists and then honored to assist with judging. The ASKC/PROMAC team was terrific!
Week of July 1 -5th, 2019 (Airbase and Jacksonville location) we will be taking a break from class. (Little Rock School, check with Shihan Bly). This does not necessarily mean a break from practicing!! I will be practicing myself! Enjoy time with the family and a celebration of Independence Day, the Birthday of the Greatest Nation in the history of the world! ... See MoreSee Less
